These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 36bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the 36bet website located at https://36bet.bio and any associated subdomains or mobile browser interfaces.

By completing registration on the 36bet platform, by logging in via the 36bet Login page, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, or by accessing any game content — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, Insect Master, and Super Wheel — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understood their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by 36bet, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy;

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 36bet platform. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Cricket Betting

36bet's cricket betting product covers pre-match and in-play markets for BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championship events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Odds are provided in decimal format and updated in real time. All cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). 5.3 Casino & Slot Games

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Players who have previously been identified as engaging in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion are not eligible for any promotional offer. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

7.1 Deposit Limits

• The player is under 18 years of age or otherwise does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2;
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose;
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated betting software;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 36bet;
• Continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to 36bet.

8.1 Consequences of Account Closure

Where an account is suspended or closed by 36bet due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and any winnings generated through activity that constitutes the breach may be forfeited at 36bet's sole discretion. Any verified real-money balance (deposits not subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the payment method on file within ten Bangladesh Standard Time business days of the closure decision.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 36bet's total liability to any player — whether arising from contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. 36bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. 36bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical fault, third-party infrastructure failure, or events beyond 36bet's reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 36bet platform, constitute the entire agreement between the player and 36bet and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
